Airport Procedures We will be tracking the flight and will be parked at the airport when the plane lands, whether it arrives early or late. The driver will text the guest to establish communication and identify themselves and their vehicle. Once the guest retrieves their bags, they will walk out of the nearest exit in baggage claim and cross the street. This is about a 50-foot walk. The driver will be waiting in the lane closest to the parking garage and to the left of the crosswalk (red circle below). The driver will also typically have a sign with their name or group logo on it. |
